Monday 6th July 2004 02:00 It's been a while since an update - but for good reason: I'm currently undertaking a Computing MSc through the Open University - bloody hard so it is, and quite time consuming. However, I have bought several Spectrum models through eBay over the past 12 months. When I have a moment I'll upload some pictures, and setup some more approved games to play on-line. News Update:
Thursday 17th July 2003 14:00 I think a reply from Activision is a lost cause - more than likely the first of many. However, the great news is Graham Shaw (The Shaw Brothers, Gadtek Games, Redwood Designs, Cult) has granted me permission to distribute his games. Have finally found the relevant contact details for some of the copyright holders!! I am awaiting a response from Activision and Infogrammes UK. Hopefully their responses will be favourable. It's proving to be a bit more difficult than I imagined. Just tracking down the copyright holders let alone gaining their permission to distribute their software is a monumental task in itself! To compensate, however, I have linked each game you could download from my site to the WOS Infoseek search engine (See the My Games section for more details). If you want the original *.zip file you used to be able to download from this site (includes the game, instructions and Jpg image of the inlay card), then send me an e-mail (bottom of page) and I'll gladly send you a copy. Other News: I have also re-done all the graphics on this site, so they are now much smaller than before. Hopefully each page on this site will be even quicker to download. News Update:

Hello again! Long time no see!! The site is finally up and running again after my ISP closed it down due to a copyright breach!! It turns out (for the majority of software) that I must get written permission from the copyright holder(s) before I am allowed to distribute their games from my site. Therefore (unfortunately), all my games have been taken off line until then :-( I will endeavour to gain permission from the copyright holders, and will upload again when (if ?) i'm successful. It's a bit of a slack month this one. There's been so much going on recently, I haven't had as much time as I would like to devote to this site. However, I have included 7 new games (In 2 downloads), and added a new link.
